South Barrington Banquet Room

The South Barrington Banquet Room is perfect for your gathering of up to 100 guests.

Your rental includes staff members to assist you, customized table and chair set-up

and time to decorate with any theme you choose. 

Food may be catered from any licensed facility or brought in on your own.

Several beverage options are available for purchase from the park district but

outside beverages are not allowed

Up to 100 people $470(R)/$490 (NR) for a three hour rental

1 hour set-up, 30 minute clean-up.

​

Additional time $100 per hour.

Decorating Fee may apply

 

Outdoor Pool Party 

Our party tent is available for rental from Memorial Day through Labor Day for your poolside event.

Three hour parties include swimming in the outdoor family aquatic center and private use of the

outdoor party tent. Food may be catered from any licensed facility or brought in on your own.

Several beverage options are available for purchase from the park district but outside beverages

are not allowed. This venue is perfect for summer graduations, showers, birthdays, family reunions

and more!  The upper deck area can accommodate groups of up to 50 people.

Meeting Rooms

A variety of meeting rooms are available for groups of 20 to 100 people. Rooms can be set lecture style, classroom style, meeting style, and more to meet your group’s needs.
