South Barrington Life is a monthly publication that focuses on the best of the South Barrington Community. Written by residents of South Barrington, the magazine is the pulse of the village. By partnering with area businesses, the publisher is able to produce a free magazine for South Barrington residents that is intimate, relevant and topical. The magazine is best when residents contribute photos and articles. Community input is welcome!
Some of the topics covered in the magazine include: parties, neighborhood barbecues, fundraisers, business owners for Business Beat, Precious Pets, Athlete of the Month, Yard of the Month, Spotlight on Families, and Travel. Also wanted are shout outs for honor roll, sports, theater, new babies and wedding announcements. The goal of the publishers is to see every child, adult, and pet in the magazine at least once.
South Barrington Life is always on the lookout for adult and youth South Barrington writers and photographers, as well as residents who would like to be part of the magazine's Restaurant Reviews.
